Car Show Information

The car show has 100’s of awesome show cars that you’ll definitely want to check out! Please note the car show is Saturday. $10.00 per adult in the vehicle is the price to enter the car show. Children under 12 are free when accompanied by an adult. All makes, models and years of vintage character or special interest vehicles are welcome in the car show area. Vehicles must be in running condition. Dash plaques for the first 200 vehicles registered are given out at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Please – No “For Sale” signs or parts for sale in the car show area. Preregistration not required for show cars.

Swap Spaces for Vendors

Make selling your car parts and car accessories easy by vending at Gary’s Hot Rod Reunion! Be sure to register early, this is an extremely popular Swap Meet! Pre-registration for swap spaces closes June 1st and spaces if available at the gate the weekend of the car show. Prices vary based on the size of the swap space. All space dimensions are approximate. Vendors must have at least 100% auto related products for sale. Those who cannot meet our criteria will be asked to leave.    GHRR Gary’s Hot Rod Reunion is our way of reuniting everyone who has a passion for classic cars. It is a gathering place to reminisce, reconnect, and celebrate the hobby we love so much. Vendors This event is focused on automotive only so we will be holding our vendors to a very high standard when it comes to the items allowed for sale. If we find items that do not meet the requirements, you will be asked to put them away or leave the event. An easy way to determine whether the items you intend on selling at GHRR meet our criteria ask yourself these simple questions. If you can’t easily answer yes to at least one of these questions, it is very likely the item you want to sell does not meet our criteria.

• Can it be used to build a vehicle?
• Can it be used to maintain a vehicle?
• Can it be used to celebrate a vehicle?

We will be wandering around during the show to make sure items for sale meet the spirit of the reunion so if in doubt, please give us a call ahead of the show to discuss the items you plan to bring. Vendor Set-Up Vendor set-up is on Friday beginning at  5:00 p.m.-7pm sharp. To help ensure we have a safe and enjoyable show we ask your cooperation in reviewing the daily times and rules for our show.   Vendor & Cars for Sale Corral hours 100% Automotive related items are expected in your sale items at GHRU. • Thursday – No set up available. Our rental agreement begins on Friday morning to set the show up. Please respect & allow time to get the vendor fields marked out and show set up completed.
• Vendor Set up Friday 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm
• NO  Early Vendor Admittance. All vendors must be off the fairground’s property until 5pm.
• Vehicle entry to fairgrounds – MUST have vendor sticker – 1 vehicle per sticker/space.

  All parts must fit within your allotted space –

• If you have any questions where your spots are located please ask for assistance.
• Walk/drive isle must be clear for emergency vehicles.
• Motorized vehicles must be registered at the office, only to be used due to mobility or health issues.

  Pets – Vendors bringing pets please keep them always restrained. Pick up after your pet please.   What you can’t do – your cooperation is appreciated.

• NO – You can’t sell or display firearms, knives, bows or other weapons. Immediate loss of spaces.
• NO Concessions – No food or drink is allowed to be sold by vendors.

  Cars For Sale Corral – 

• No parts displayed in the car corral area – 6:00 am until 4:00 pm.
• Admits driver, all others pay $10 daily admission.

  Security/Safety – Currently no plans for Friday night security. Call 911 in case of a emergency   Madison Classics assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss by fire, theft, or any other course whatsoever.   Examples that DO NOT make the cut.

• No boats, boat motors, trolling motors or other fishing equipment
• No pop-up campers, camping trailers, motorhomes
• No snow blowers, mowers (riding or walking), weed whackers, chainsaws, shovels, rakes, or any other yard maintenance items
• No snowmobiles, ATVs, motorbikes, go-carts, mopeds or any associated accessories
• No unicycles, bicycles, tricycles, tandem bikes, e-bikes, etc.
• No children’s toys or stuffed animals unless automotive related
• No wood working equipment
• No political signs, stickers, banners, etc.
• No washers, dryers, microwaves, blenders, mixers, or any other home appliances
• No clothing (new or used) unless specifically related to automotive
• No home goods, pots/pans, windows, doors, carpet
• No sporting goods, jerseys, firearms, bow/arrow/cross bows, hunting knives
• No guitars, drum sets, pianos, juke boxes

Cars For Sale Corral

$40.00  price to enter a vehicle in the Cars for Sale Corral. Cars for Sale Corral spaces are available ahead of time or the entire weekend of the car show at the Cars for Sale Corral gate.$80.00 Non-running vehicles left on trailers will be charged. This price includes admission for the driver. There are no vehicle age/make/model restrictions in the Cars for Sale Corral. Oversized vehicles will be charged accordingly. Does not include separate parking fee for tow vehicles or spectator admission for additional occupants in the vehicle. Hours: Saturday 6am-4pm.
